Tieisha Thomas is a NYC native hailing from Queens, NY. She discovered her love of music at a young age through the influences of her vibrant Caribbean culture. She attended LaGuardia Highschool of the Arts for Voice and received her Bachelors Degree in Theater from Buffalo State. She was most recently seen Off- Broadway in Disneys “HERCULES” as one of the greek chorus muses. When she’s not performing, she enjoys creatively developing her own original content, teaching, dancing and devouring crab legs!
The Principals of Gramercy Brass Orchestra have been heard on radio networks such as WNYC, Sirius classical, Bloomberg Radio, WOR Radio and The Catholic Radio Channel. The quintet played a major role in "Christmas Time is Here," the second commercial recording of the Gramercy Brass Orchestra on Koch International Classics Records. A third recording on the Koch label of all Brubeck music is pending release.
